The letters in each quadrant represented:
- E for employee
- S for self-employed
- B for business owner
- I for Investor
The CASHFLOW Quadrant represents the different methods by which income or money is generated.
You can earn money even can be rich or poor in all four quadrants. At the same time, we found that most of the people prefer becoming a free investor. In fact, we do not have to be a single investor. The most important thing is no matter which quadrant you at now, you are an investor already. You can do more adjustment and arrangement for your career to make it better and better. In finance, you may invest part of the revenue to make money for you.
Here, we are not going to discuss about investor, but employee. Employee earns money by holding a job and working for someone else or a company. It's the majority type of work in our society.
As career coaches, we trust employee may be better than employer as long as you are the indispensable one in company or inside your department. Once you be, you may be more free, relaxed and happy than employer.
