Payment
Coachee is required to make first payment in full by using paypal within 3 days upon receiving confirmation email.
Non-Refundable
No refund will be made once registration is confirmed.
Non-Transferable
Fees are not transferable to any third parties.
Termination
Coachee is required to at least 2 weeks notice to coach.
Attendance
Lost time due to late coming or when your telephone line is bad will neither be compensated nor made up.
Any last minute cancellation will not be entertained unless the coachee informs the coach at least 2 days before hand after which make-up sessions will have to be arranged directly and in favor to the coach (should your session falls on Friday, kindly inform the coach for postponement latest by Wednesday). Besides, coachee or coach may consider coaching by email, instant messenger or face to face coaching (extra charges may be asked).
All coachees will be still be required to undergo at least 3 sessions on a monthly basis. Failure to undergo the minimum required sessions will be in any outstanding sessions to be forfeited.
* No coaching sessions will be conducted on the following days below. It is the coachee responsibility to be aware of holiday. We will not notify any coachee of the below dates
- New Year Eve and New Year
- Christmas Eve and Christmas
Relief of Coach
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, we reserves the rights to send a relief coach should your coach is unavailable.
Temporary Discontinuation
Coachee is required to at least 2 weeks notice to coach.
Responsibility
